Chinwah is the founder and Managing Partner of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centre Ltd., a training company that has Health, Safety and Environment as top priority. He is the mastermind of all operations, policies and goals of the organization to maximize returns. For over 10 years, he has led the training of over 3,000 Entrepreneurs and over 5,000 youths in technical skills acquisition programs. He is a director in Cinfores, a leading Innovation Driven Enterprise, leveraging ICT for development & education in Nigeria. He is also the Chairman of HeRock Nigeria Limited. In his passion to empower others, he also founded RIVLED foundation, a non-governmental organization that constantly reaches out to provide skills and training to individuals thereby empowering them.
He is a global member of Institute of Directors, Alumni of Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Entrepreneurship school and infoDev, World Bank Program. He is the president of Egi City Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (EGICCIMA), an active member of coalition of South-South Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (FOSSCIMA), Port Harcourt chamber of commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (PHACCIMA) and Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria (OGTAN).
